At CompassRN, our mission is to empower the next generation of healthcare leaders by fostering a connection between marginalized youth and the dynamic world of nursing. As a nurse-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are dedicated to increasing minority representation in the field by targeting middle and high school students in the Houston area.

Through strategic initiatives, we create heightened awareness of the diverse and rewarding career opportunities, access to the local nursing community to provide invaluable insight, and long-term nurse mentorship from high school to licensure.
